[Korra sighs, frowning.]

What do you think we should do, then? You're the one who actually knows her.

[ bolin takes a deep breath and starts to think hard about it ]

I think... I think we should keep an eye on her for the moment. I don't think she'll try anything, since I'm pretty sure going from leader of the Earth Empire to almost dying would be quite a shock to just about anyone. Plus, she doesn't have Bataar Jr. or any of her support here, so unless she starts recruiting...

[His reasoning falls in line with what she and Mako had thought before, pretty much. That makes her relax.]

So... a truce, then. Unless she tries something. I don't know if Mako told you, but that's how we decided to handle Ozai when he was here, too. As long as he and Kuvira don't have their armies here, there isn't a lot they can actually do.

[ clearly they need to talk about a unified definition of "normal" ]

[Kuvira had seemed...reasonable, if a little closed off when they've talked, so Korra has hopes that the talk will go just fine.]

Uh, I'm kind of scared to ask, but what did you do that needs "forgiving"?

Well, for starters, I did work with Kuvira for the past three years.

No, but that doesn't change the fact that I did help her or that I tried to convince Suyin to give up control of Zaofu to her.

Maybe not, but... [Korra draws him into a hug.]

And the Opal I remember liked you just as much as you liked her sooooo.
